         MetJet WI Stock Offering
    "Bringing Flights to Green Bay"

Currently open to WI residents only. In addition to ownership, investors will receive dividends issued as annual certificates for two free roundtrips for every 1,000 shares owned.

MetJet, Inc. has been incorporated with the intention of providing the 540,000 people within Northeast Wisconsin with less expensive nonstop charter flights to key tourism and business destinations. Initially, the company intends to provide two weekly flights (Friday late afternoon and midday Sunday) from Green Bay's Austin Straubel Airport to Central Florida (Orlando). MetJet, Inc. does not intend to be an airline, rather than a non-asset based travel provider that charters flights from existing air carriers, and sell tickets to the public at prices comparable to flights out of Milwaukee and other larger cities.

In order to initiate operations, the company has issued a total of 500,000 shares at the price of $1 per share. Each investor can purchase shares in $1,000 increments. MetJet has registered shares with the State of Wisconsin. MetJet has sold the first half of the shares, and has started the implementation of its first flights. Please contact Michael Heisman, Founder & CEO, to obtain a copy of MetJet's stock offering document, or with any questions, at mheisman@metjet.net.
